Return and Refund Policy

Nowicon aims to provide a large collection of high-quality digital design assets and subscription services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is requested. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which no refunds are granted.

At present, we do not offer any returns/refunds. We are actively working on developing a more flexible refund system in the future, so stay tuned to avoid situations where your refund eligibility might be affected.

By using the Nowicon website, tools, or services, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

 

No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Nowicon are non-refundable. This applies to all types of purchases, single-use, monthly, or annual subscriptions. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind or accidental purchases
  • Subscription cancellations made before the end of the billing period
  • Unused downloads
  • Account termination due to violations of Nowicon’s Terms of Service

Nowicon does not issue refunds for past billing periods or retroactive requests. Subscriptions are prepaid and provided on a non-refundable basis.

 

Alternative Support Options

Although refunds are not available, we are committed to supporting our users in other ways. If you experience technical issues or need assistance, our team is here to help. We may provide you with support in the following situations:

  • Technical assistance to resolve issues with our platform or assets
  • Asset replacement in case a purchased item is found to be defective (but it will not be returned/refunded)
