If you disagree, then simply do not use the site. This website is operated by Nowicon and provides access to a wide range of icons available on its platform. These “Terms of Use” govern your access, browsing, use of the website and its services, including downloadable content.
While using this website, the “User” agrees to follow our rules and regulations, including terms related to content usage, payments, and other legal responsibilities. This agreement establishes a mutual contract between the User and Nowicon.
It is important to note that Nowicon reserves all the rights to modify these Terms of Use or any related policies any time. If you disagree with any changes, you may delete your user account. Updates will be reflected with the revised date at the top of this page, and users will be notified via email or through other methods. Users are advised to check the Terms and Conditions regularly. Continued use of the website after any updates means the user accept the latest version.

Nowicon offers a wide range of icons, providing users with access to globally available icons created by Nowicon’s design team. The content, referred to as “icons,” is provided in different formats and presented in various styles, classifications, and collective categories. Additionally, Nowicon offers editor tools for adjusting icon size and colour. An additional feature enables users to create, organise, and edit their icon collections directly on the website. Each icon available on Nowicon is crafted by the design team and is protected by copyright, so users are not allowed to use them without permission.
You may only use Nowicon’s services if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract with Nowicon. You must also agree to comply with your local, state, national, and international laws. If you breach any rules and are removed by Nowicon, you will not be allowed to return or access the services again. To use the services, you must agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
Registration is required before accessing the company’s content. During the registration process, you must submit information that is accurate, true, current, and complete. Your registration details will be managed according to our Privacy Policy. Nowicon also reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
The company, “Nowicon,” may change, suspend, or stop services at any time and without prior notice. The company also reserves the right to limit certain features or restrict access to specific content. You agree that Nowicon holds no responsibility or liability for the deletion of data or the failure to store any user data.
Everything published on the website are referred to as content, and this content includes icons, tools, text, and more. The intellectual property laws protect this content. Users on Nowicon must follow all copyright laws, policies, trademarks, and licensing rules. This ensures they can run their accounts smoothly without any trouble. The content on our website is protected by copyright, so no one is allowed to copy or use it anywhere without proper licensing. Users are not allowed to resell or publish any part of the content, including icons, text, written materials, graphics, tools, etc.
No one is permitted to reproduce, customize, or upload any content to other platforms. The only way to use the content legally is to purchase it with permission. The content is strictly prohibited from being used publicly without proper permission and licensing. Additionally, using Nowicon content without accurate licensing and permission is completely prohibited.
There are different technologies used for data scraping, mining, and crawling by robots. These methods are strictly forbidden. Users are not allowed to interfere with the website in any way. Especially in development activities, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to attempt to discover source code or attempt to do so. Any use of robots or attempts to scrape data or extract payment-related information is also strictly prohibited. Users agree not to copy, resell, or publish any of the content without permission from Nowicon. No one is allowed to use any automated software or processing tools to disrupt the website in any manner.
Users are responsible for all activity on their accounts, and Nowicon is not responsible for any of the users’ actions. Any attempt to log in using false credentials, gain unauthorized access to passwords, or collect personal information from others is completely prohibited.
Moreover, any type of fraud, illegal, or abusive account which try to access other password or “try to harm the website by any mean” will be removed by the authorities of Nowicon. Nowicon holds the right to monitor and take appropriate action against any forbidden user or account as necessary.
Nowicon provides icon services under different licenses. Through these services, Nowicon offers a variety of icons that come with specific license agreements. You can use these icons according to the applicable license. There are three different types of licenses provided by Nowicon. These icons are solely designed by the Nowicon design team. You can use these icons only with Nowicon’s permission. Nowicon holds the authority to change the license fees at any time without any advance notice. Additionally, Nowicon can update pricing whenever it chooses.
Users are allowed to search and download icons under the applicable license and can download them in various formats. Users are also allowed to edit icons, but only with certain restrictions, they are not permitted to change the entire design of the icon. All icons are originally created by Nowicon’s designers. However, if someone believes a design has been previously used, belongs to someone else, or violates any terms, they are encouraged to contact Nowicon support via email.
Nowicon offers three types of licenses: the Creative Commons Attribution License, the Premium License, and the Physical License. Nowicon retains the right to change the license fees at any time. Under the CC BY (Creative Commons License), you are allowed to use the icons for public or personal purposes as long as you provide proper attribution. The second license, the Premium Digital License, provides premium benefits including unlimited downloads. The third license, the Physical License, permits the use of icons for products intended for physical sale.
Icons can be accessed through different payment methods. There are two main payment plans: single purchase and monthly/yearly subscription programs. These payment options offer wide access to icon collections.
Nowicon is offering two specific types of licenses: the Digital License and the Physical License. The Digital License covers all forms of digital use, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. The Physical License allows the use of icons in physical products such as mugs with logos, brochures with branding, and similar items.
From a commercial standpoint, you may resell icons, but you must have the appropriate Digital License to do so. Each resale license allows the production of up to 1,000 units. For sales exceeding 10,000 units, you must contact Nowicon support for further arrangements.
Nowicon’s content (icons) is available for global use. These icons are not restricted to any specific category or region.
There are certain icons offered as paid content, and some formats are included under paid subscriptions. Without completing a payment, you cannot download your desired icon. To make a payment, you must first choose your icon, and then, after following a few steps, you will reach the point where you will be asked to select a payment plan. In order to proceed with the payment plan, you must either sign in or create an account, and you must also agree to the Terms and Policies to continue using the account.
How the Payment Will Be Processed:Nowicon uses Stripe, a third-party service, to process payments. Stripe is one of the most widely used global payment providers, ensuring smooth transactions. Their terms and privacy policies apply. It is strongly recommended that users keep their billing information up to date. Charges will continue until you cancel the service. However, if there are any billing disputes, they must be reported within 60 days of the charge date.
If you pay the license fee to waive attribution, it will be charged to your card. If the payment fails, then you must either provide attribution again or retry the payment.
Unless canceled manually, subscriptions will automatically renew at the same duration. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings. Within these settings, you can also update your billing address and make other changes.
If, for any reason, you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use its benefits until the current term ends, but no refunds will be provided for unused time. If you are planning to cancel the subscription, you must do so before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Each payment is strictly non-refundable. Users will be responsible for all tax reporting and payment fees related to the services (excluding the company’s income tax).
Users may log in using third-party services such as Google or Facebook. These types of login options enhance the website experience, and these integrations are optional and are intended to improve user interaction. However, when logging in through any third-party service, Nowicon holds no responsibility for the actions, practices, or policies of any third-party site or service. Nowicon is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of content on third-party platforms, nor for any damage or loss caused by using or relying on third-party services.
The user agrees to protect and compensate NOWICON (including the parent company, affiliates, staff, officers, and agents) from any legal and financial consequences resulting from: the use of our services, including anything you send, receive, or upload; or from breaking any part of the Terms of Use, including breaching your stated promises; or violating or breaking any rule or regulation; or allowing someone else to use your account, your username, password, or to access the service.
Nowicon, along with its partners, suppliers, employees, and any other parties involved, cannot be held financially liable for more than the amount you have paid in the last 12 months for the services or products. This includes indirect or any kind of damages, such as loss of profit, punitive damages, or any loss of data, as well as costs involved in replacing services. Nowicon is also not liable for any issues beyond their reasonable control.
These Terms remain active only while you are using the services. You may terminate your use at any time. Nowicon also has the authority to suspend, deactivate, block, or remove your account without notice if there is any violation of the Terms. Nowicon will not compromise on any account that breaches the Terms in any way.
If your account is suspended for any reason, access to your account and all related content will stop immediately, even while you are actively using the account. If you are a premium subscriber, your account will remain active unless you breach any of the Terms.
The licenses you purchase (CC BY, Digital, Physical) will remain valid according to their specific terms.
All clauses regarding ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, and any payment obligations made before termination will continue to apply even after the termination.
Nowicon will not be responsible for failure to fulfill obligations if it is due to events beyond its control, such as technical failures, communication breakdowns, or other unforeseen events affecting service availability.If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, then Nowicon has the authority to remove that specific portion. The remaining Terms will still remain effective.
No user is allowed to transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. If any user wishes to transfer their rights, they must contact the Nowicon support team. Nowicon, however, retains the authority to transfer its rights or obligations without your consent.
This entire Terms and Conditions document, including all links and references, represents the full agreement between the reader (user) and Nowicon.
If the user requires any amendments, they must be in writing and signed by both parties, unless otherwise allowed within these Terms. These Terms and Conditions do not create any form of partnership, joint venture, or other relationship. You also may not bind Nowicon legally in any way.
Some headings in these Terms of Use are not legally binding. Section titles are included only for convenience and better understanding and do not hold any legal meaning.
There are no third-party beneficiaries. Only the user and Nowicon have rights under these Terms, no one else is included in this agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, regardless of any conflict of law rules. Disputes related to these Terms must be resolved through arbitration using the JAMS Streamlined Rules.
Arbitration will be conducted exclusively in English and by one experienced commercial arbitrator, selected from a JAMS-approved list. The arbitration decision is final, and either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court.
Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in the Central District of California for legal matters.
Both parties waive their right to a jury trial in any dispute. Instead, these disputes will be resolved by an arbitrator or a judge, not a jury. Also, the arbitration is usually faster, simpler, and cheaper than court. Disputes must be handled individually. If you opt out or if the arbitration clause doesn’t apply, any court case must be filed in Los Angeles, California (excluding small claims cases).
Nowicon follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which addresses copyright infringement in the digital realm. It may remove or block any copyrighted content that is believed to be unlawfully copied and shared. It may also terminate services for repeat offenders.
To report content that you believe is copyrighted, you must include the following:
Once your copyright complaint is received, the infringing content will be removed. The user who posted it will be notified. Also, the repeat violators may have their access to the service terminated.
